Holiday Cottage Booking

1. Availability

Use the calendar to check and see if the cottage is free for the dates you want.
Plase note our weekly bookings need to run Friday to Friday

If the dates you want are free then you can check our prices below.

2. Prices

To find out the price for your stay just check on the calendar and see which price category the days you want to book fall into, then use our prices table to see what the charge will be for the number of nights you want to stay.

Bookings are generally for whole weeks running from Friday to Friday but you can also book a short break of 3, 4 or 5 nights. Short breaks however cannot be booked overlapping our Friday handover day e.g. Thurs to Mon. These short break bookings can only be taken at peak times (price band A & B) a maximum of 3 weeks before your arrival date.

If you want to stay for three weeks we will happily give you a 25% discount off your 3^rd week.

5. Make a payment

3. Booking Form

Please be sure you have read and are happy with our booking terms & conditions before you complete your booking form.
Please complete the booking form electronically and then either e-mail it to me at: getintouch@highpeakdistrictcottage.com or print out the completed form and post it to me.

Please also make sure you read our booking Terms & Conditions to make sure you know what you are agreeing to, when you make a booking.

4. Payment

Please note that no booking is confirmed until I receive either the appropriate deposit or full payment.
If you are booking less that 6 weeks before your arrival date you need to pay the full cost of the stay in one installment.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks before your arrival date you need only pay a 30% deposit, followed by the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
If you are sending a cheque in the post please send it 7 weeks before your arrival date so that we have it in time for the 6 weeks deadline.
These prices are all shown on the Cottage Prices table.

To pay by direct bank transfer
I prefer to take payments by direct funds transfer if possible. It is really simple to do and you can do it via your bank online, on the phone or in person at your branch.
Using the following details you can transfer your payment directly from your bank account to:
Account Name – The Cottage Business (some banks limit you to characters so you can use Jill Woods)
Account Number – 83614277
Sort Code – 09 01 27

To pay by post
If you would rather pay by cheque simply post your completed booking form along with a cheque made payable to The Cottage Business for the appropriate deposit or full fee.
Please note – When sending a balance payment by cheque please make sure you post it 7 weeks before your arrival date so that we receive the cheque by the 6 week deadline.

Paying by cash
If you are making a last minute booking it is possible to make a cash payment on arrival at the cottage, but please note no £50 notes will be accepted.
