Welcome to our holiday cottage in the beautiful Peak District

Deep Mid-Wicket is our recently renovated 130 year old quarry workers’ cottage, located on the edge of the Peak District National Park, in the small village of Buxworth. The cottage is opposite the village cricket green, very close to Bugsworth Basin, has stunning views and a south facing garden.
Having been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard the cottage is now a mixture of modern and antique features and furniture, pretty soft furnishings and up-to-date appliances. Be warned though, nothing matches! We like it that way and think it adds to the character of the cottage.
